Parking terms and conditions Regulations for using paid non-guarded parking at Villa Red

Since Columbus Apartments are located on the Seaside Promenade, where vehicular traffic is limited, we provide our guests with a parking lot at Żeromskiego 1 Street (300m away from the apartments).

  1. The parking lot area (hereinafter referred to as Parking Area) is a square located in Ustka at Żeromskiego 1 on the premises of the Villa Red.
  2. The owner of the Parking lot is Columbus Invest Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. with the seat in Ustka, ul. Limanowskiego 1, 76-270 Ustka.
  3. The driver of a vehicle, upon entering the Parking Lot, enters into a parking space rental agreement with the owner of the Parking Lot under the conditions specified in these Regulations and the Act of 23 April 1964 of the Civil Code (Journal of Laws. 1964, No. 16 item 93 as amended, i.e. dated May 10, 2018. (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1025).
  4. Each vehicle user, by entering the parking lot premises, accepts the provisions of these Regulations and undertakes to abide by them strictly. The user of a vehicle (hereinafter referred to as User) is not only the driver of the vehicle but also any passenger and the owner of the vehicle.
  5. Parking is paid and unguarded.
  6. Parking is open 24 hours a day, all days of the week.
  7. The parking lot is an open place, available for Villa Red Guests as well as for people from outside the Villa Red facility on condition of paying the parking fee of 30 PLN/day. One-time parking fee is 10 zł per hour. Parking up to 10 minutes is free. The parking fee is valid 24 hours a day, on all days of the week.
  8. In a visible place, at the entrance to the Car Park area, there is an information board describing the conditions of using the Car Park (Regulations) and the amount of charge for using it.
  9. Leaving a vehicle on the parking lot premises does not constitute bringing in an item within the meaning of art. 846 §1 et seq. of the Civil Code. Leaving a vehicle on the parking lot premises does not constitute a storage agreement in the sense of art. 835 et seq. Civil Code. Existence of the barrier is only aimed at preventing from using the parking lot without paying for renting a parking place, while fencing the parking lot is aimed at separating the parking area.
  10. The owner of the parking lot is not responsible for the damages incurred to the vehicles in the car park, including in particular loss of or damage to the motor vehicles parked in the parking lot and the items left in it.
  11. The owner of the parking lot is not responsible for the damages caused by vehicle drivers, other people staying at the parking lot or third parties (including theft, robbery, burglary).
  12. The user of the Car Park should make sure that his/her vehicle is properly parked and secured against possible theft or burglary.
  13. On the premises of the Car Park, traffic regulations are in force in accordance with the Road Traffic Law of 20 June 1997 (Journal of Laws of 1997, No.98, item 602 as amended). Users of the Car Park are obliged to follow the traffic regulations in force as well as to be extra careful.
  14. While performing parking manoeuvres, the vehicle driver is obliged to be extra cautious and perform all manoeuvres in such a way so as not to damage other vehicles on the parking lot, as well as to place the vehicle in the designated spots. The vehicle should be left immobilized, with the ignition switched off and without lights on.
  15. If the user does not respect the rules of using the parking lot as specified in the regulations, the vehicle will be towed to a place chosen by the owner of the parking lot. The vehicle will be towed at the expense and risk of the user. The owner is also entitled to remove, at the expense and risk of the user, the vehicle left in the Park after the period for which the fee was paid.

  17. These Regulations are valid as of 01.01.2019.
